Cimphoni is built on the premise that technology, when properly applied and led, can deliver innovative solutions that transform businesses. The Cimphoni team is comprised of highly experienced technology, operations and business consultants with a thirst for innovation and a passion for delivering exceptional, measurable results for our clients. Founded in 2012, we serve customers throughout the United States from our offices in Las Vegas and suburban Milwaukee.

We are outcome-oriented. It is not enough to just recommend strategic initiatives and related implementation roadmaps. We also take on the hard work of business transformation. We use a “hands-on” approach to implement agile processes, oversee technology deployments and transition the role of people in delivering exceptional customer service. By working on these three areas together, we focus on delivering exceptional improvements to your bottom line.

We are technology-agnostic. We start from the perspective of improving business performance. We are experienced with current and emerging technologies, but do not promote any particular technology domain or vendor. We also believe that technology, by itself, rarely provides a sustainable competitive advantage. However, when it enables organizations to move quickly, it can transform their position in the marketplace.

We don’t do this on our own. Instead, we pursue a collaborative approach with our clients. We are very comfortable working across lines of business and support functions as well as engaging with individual contributors, mid-level management, senior leaders and board members. Our goal is to ensure that all stakeholders are engaged and supportive of the initiatives we recommend and implement.

We are a “force multiplier.” We don’t bring in a large team of consultants. We typically use 1-3 consultants on most of our client engagements. You know your business. We know how to transform business. We also want your team to be able to support and sustain the changes long after we are gone.

Our Engagement Model

Cimphoni’s customer engagement model provides a comprehensive approach to business assessment, strategy development, solution implementation and benefit realization. We work collaboratively with you and your team to create and deploy solutions that deliver meaningful business value.
